No. The AI Companion answers questions using ProDCIM's infrastructure data. ProDCIM AI Employee participates in company communications and workflows, coordinates work across connected systems and maintains permission-aware organizational knowledge.

Does ProDCIM train itself on all our emails?

ProDCIM learns from authorized company interactions by updating private organizational knowledge, relationships and approved workflows. This does not require uncontrolled retraining of a public AI model.

Can ProDCIM read every company email?

No. ProDCIM receives only the email accounts, mailboxes, messages and permissions explicitly provided by the organization.

Can employees CC ProDCIM on an existing conversation?

Yes. When ProDCIM is included in an authorized conversation, it can understand the request, retrieve relevant context and help coordinate the next steps.

Can different departments use the same installation?

Yes. One installation can support multiple departments through shared organizational context and role-specific access controls.
